Furthermore, shipping agents’ fees, customs fees, and charter licenses—particularly if cruising in Montenegro—are also included. In addition, it accounts for other costs associated with services requested by the Charter Party during the charter. Likewise, shoreside transport, guided excursions, and specialized activities such as scuba diving, big game fishing, or rafting may be included as well.

Personal Watercraft License Requirements

To operate a Personal Watercraft in Croatia, one must have a valid boat driving permit on hand while using the craft. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to allow anyone to operate a Personal Watercraft without carrying a proper license. However, if the guest does not already possess a valid permit, it is possible to obtain one while in Croatia. For more information about acquiring a Croatian license for Personal Watercraft, feel free to contact us. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend obtaining the license in your home country in advance, if possible.

Note: Gratuities or tips for the crew are not included in the APA. As a general guideline, the industry standard ranges from 5% to 15% of the base charter rate, and it is given entirely at the Charterer’s discretion.

  • The charter fee covers the yacht and crew.
  • Additional expenses (e.g., Supplies, port fees, diesel, crew gratuities, extra services, food, beverages) are charged separately.
  • These expenses are covered by the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).
