Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement. This agreement exists between you, the Guest, and BASK 7 d.o.o., the Agency. Ema Škabar represents the Agency and helps you choose the right Vessel, Private Island, or Accommodation.
Definitions
The Guest means the person renting the Accommodation, Private Island, or Vessel, plus anyone in their group. The Accommodation refers to any villa or hotel we offer. The Vessel covers any boat, motor yacht, sailboat, catamaran, gulet, or mini cruiser. The Private Island refers to any private island property or resort available for rent. The Owner is the person or company who owns the Accommodation, Private Island, or Vessel, or their representative. The Period defines the exact duration the Guest holds possession of the Accommodation, Private Island, or Vessel.
Price and Rates
Several factors determine the price, including the type of Accommodation, Private Island, or Vessel and the length of stay. Additionally, the number of guests, payment terms, and cancellation conditions all affect the final rate. Each individual offer states clearly what the price includes and excludes. Furthermore, this offer covers only the rental itself, so all other costs remain separate. Depending on the arrangement, you pay these extra costs in advance or on the spot. Rental prices may appear with or without VAT included. The Agency reserves the right to change prices listed on the website. The tourist tax is not included in the price and costs EUR 1.40 per person per day. However, this rate may vary depending on the region and local municipality. Children up to 12 years old do not pay this tax, while children aged 12 to 18 pay 50%. These fees may change according to current laws and regulations.
Booking Procedure
You can make a reservation through email, our website, online booking, phone, or in person. To confirm your reservation, you must pay a 50% deposit. If you need special services beyond the standard price, you must order them during booking or on request.
Deposit and Payment
Securing your booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount. You must pay this deposit within 7 working days after we confirm your booking. Afterward, you must pay the remaining 50% no later than 40 days before your arrival. You must make all payments in Euros (€) via bank transfer to the Agency account. Please note: Standard payment schedules and deposit policies may vary depending on the specific villa, private island, or yacht booked. Final terms will be explicitly stated in your individual booking confirmation.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in for villas and private islands usually begins at 5 p.m. on your arrival day, with check-out completed by 9 a.m. on departure. Please note that for most yachts operating under a MYBA contract, check-in and check-out typically take place at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Exact timings will be confirmed prior to your stay. During check-in, all guests must present valid identification and any required travel documents. Guests under 18 years of age traveling without a parent or legal guardian must provide written authorization.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking, the Agency does not refund your deposit under any circumstances. Our No Refund Policy applies consistently across all bookings, with no exceptions for free cancellation.
Responsibilities and Regulations
As a Guest, you agree to follow all rules the Owner sets for the Accommodation, Private Island, or Vessel. You remain responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during your stay. Since the Agency only acts as an intermediary, it cannot accept liability for disputes, damages, or losses. Therefore, we strongly advise you to arrange travel insurance before your trip begins.
Complaints
If a problem occurs, you must submit a written complaint within 5 days after checking out. We only consider complaints submitted within this timeframe.

Jurisdiction
The competent Court in Split settles any disputes between the Owner, the Guest, and third parties. This process follows these Terms and Conditions alongside the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.
