12.07. – 21.08.24. = 6700,00 EUR
22.08. – 23.09.24. = 5600,00 EUR
24.09. – 21.10.24. = 4500,00 EUR
Price includes
- Breakfast
- Exclusive use of the pool, wellness area and services, extra beds conference room, living room (includes piano, TV, dining table, etc.), and the corresponding hotel park.
- Everyday service of housekeeping and maintenance
- Concierge/reception
Price does not include
- Tourist tax is not included in rates. Tax is 1,33 EUR per person in high season (01.04.2024 to 30.09.2024), then 0,93 EUR per person in pre- and post-season (01.03.2024 to 31.03.2024 and 01.10.2024 to 30.11.2024.
- Children from the age of 12 to 18 pay 50% of that amount. Children under age of 12 and disabled persons do not pay the tourist tax. Please note that Tourist tax can be subject to change. Extra fee for every additional bed in unit (room) is 100 EUR. Children from the age of 6 to 12 pay 50% of that amount. Children underage of 6 are free of charge.
- Extra fee for pets is 60 EUR per day. However, hotel reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of pets. Please coordinate this with hotel in advance.
Notes and regulations
- Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is until 11:00.
- Please, note that the Martinis Marchi a la carte restaurant and wine cellar are open for all guests, independently of the hotel use. The Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel is closed out of the dates stated in Price list table. However, the hotel would be pleased to open its doors out of the season in the case of special events such as weddings, team building, congresses, etc. In this case, please ask for additional information’s and conditions. All prices are subject to change. The Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.
Booking and cancelation policy
- Deposit 30% of total price 7 days after booking confirmation
- 70% of total price 30 days before arrival
Wedding celebrations and other special events We ask for a second deposit payment of additional 60% of total service ordered. Deposit should be on our account latest 30 working days before the event. - In case of the cancellation deposit is not refundable.
