Tourist tax is not included in the rates. The tax is 1,70 EUR per person during the high season (01.04.2025 to 30.09.2025), then 1,20 EUR per person during the pre- and post-season (01.03.2025 to 31.03.2025 and 01.10.2025 to 30.11.2025.) Children aged 12 to 18 pay 50% of this amount. Children under 12 and disabled persons are exempt from the tourist tax.

Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is until 11:00.
Please, note that the Martinis Marchi a la carte restaurant and wine cellar are open for all guests, independently of the hotel use. The Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel is closed out of the dates stated in Price list table. However, the hotel would be pleased to open its doors out of the season in the case of special events such as weddings, team building, congresses, etc. In this case, please ask for additional information’s and conditions. All prices are subject to change. The Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.

Booking and cancelation policy

Deposit 30% of total price 7 days after booking confirmation
70% of total price 30 days before arrival
Wedding celebrations and other special events We ask for a second deposit payment of additional 60% of total service ordered. Deposit should be on our account latest 30 working days before the event.
In case of the cancellation deposit is not refundable.
Until 45 days before the check-in date, a complete refund of the deposit will be approved.
