Obligatory payments
VAT 13% of Charter fee
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of Charter Fee
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is used to cover running costs during the charter, including fuel and various other expenses. Additionally, port and marina fees, sea doo and tender-operated watersports, national park entrances, custom fees, and charter licenses (if chartered outside of Croatia), as well as food and drinks options, and anything else that guests might need while on charter, are included. Throughout the charter, a strict set of accounts is held by the captain, and importantly, any funds not spent are refunded to the client in full.

- The charter fee covers the yacht and crew.
- Additional expenses (e.g., Supplies, port fees, diesel, crew gratuities, extra services, food, beverages) are charged separately.
- These expenses are covered by the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).
