Tourist tax is not included in the rates. The tax is 2,00 EUR per person during the high season (01.04.2026. to 30.09.2026.), then 1,50 EUR per person during the pre- and post-season (01.03.2026. to 31.03.2026. and 01.10.2025 to 30.11.2026.) Children aged 12 to 18 pay 50% of this amount. Children under 12 and disabled persons are exempt from the tourist tax. Please note that the tourist tax is subject to change.
Extra fee for every additional bed in unit (room) is 100 EUR. Children from the age of 6 to 12 pay 50% of that amount. Children underage of 6 are free of charge.
Extra fee for pets is 60 EUR per day. However, estate reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of pets. Please coordinate this with estate in advance.
Notes and regulations
- Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is until 11:00.
- Please, note that a la carte restaurant within estate and wine cellar are open for all guests, independently of the hotel use. The Luxury Estate on Šolta Island is closed out of the dates stated in Price list table. However, the estate would be pleased to open its doors out of the season in the case of special events such as weddings, team building, congresses, etc. In this case, please ask for additional information’s and conditions.
Discounts:
- Early booking discount: 10% for reservations confirmed by 31.12.2025.
- Long stay discount: 5% for stays of 5 nights or longer.
- Non-refundable discount: 15% on bookings paid fully in advance (non-refundable).
- All prices are subject to change. Luxury Estate on Šolta Island reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.
Booking and cancelation policy
- For exclusive use or agency bookings, the remaining 70% of total price is due 15 working days before arrival.
- For wedding celebrations and other special events, an additional 60% deposit of the total service ordered is required. The deposit should be on our account no later than 30 working days before the event.
- In case of cancellation of exclusive use of Castle, the deposit is not refundable.
