EUR 4,000 payable 7 days before arrival. Refunded within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs. Reservation cancelled if not paid.
Provisioning deposit:
20% of booking value payable 7 days before arrival. Covers extras (groceries, drinks, services). Final statement issued last night; balance refunded within 7 days. Without payment, entry is not permitted and booking is cancelled.
Events & weddings:
Additional EUR 10,000 security deposit required 7 days before arrival, refundable after stay if no damage. Non-payment results in cancellation.
