Adriatic Balance & Healing by Asja

A ritual of balance and return to natural rhythms

Asja’s part of the retreat is dedicated to personal diagnosis, balance, and therapeutic work that follows the rhythm of each body.

  • Diagnosis: At the start of the week, each woman undergoes an energy diagnosis – pulse assessment and consultation – after which an individual approach is created.
  • Treatments: Traditional methods of natural healing are used: manual work, energy stimulation, herbal preparations, and warm energy alignment rituals.
  • Daily Practice: Two to three treatments per day take place in peace, according to the organism’s current needs (detoxification, calming the nervous system, deep renewal, or integration).
  • Excursions: Asja’s program includes nature excursions: hiking below Vidova Gora, heather harvesting, and gratitude rituals in the forest.
  • Connection: In these moments, women connect with the island and its elements – earth, water, air, and sun – through walking, breathing, and touch.

Adriatic Reset & Hormonal Harmony by Silvija

Detox, hormone balance, and mental reset

Silvija’s segment brings deeper renewal – cleansing, balance, and energy boosting through working with hormones and conscious breath.

  • Regeneration Process: Over three days, participants undergo a process of physical, emotional, and mental regeneration.
  • Goal: Not external change, but internal alignment: through light breathing practices, detoxification habits, and hypnotic work on subconscious patterns.
  • Results: The body is alkalized, inflammatory processes are calmed, and energy returns to its natural flow.
  • Focus: Special emphasis is placed on Hormonal Alchemy – understanding and balancing hormones through movement, breath, and nutrition. Women learn how to support their own rhythm, not suppress it.
  • Neurofitness: The four happiness hormones – dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphin – are explored through movement, play, and mental focus.

Adriatic Flow by Ivana

Yoga, breathing, and feminine energy in the rhythm of the Mediterranean

Throughout all seven days, Ivana leads morning and evening practices that awaken the body and spirit.

  • Morning Practices: Dedicated to Vinyasa yoga and pranayama – movement and breath that harmonize energy and the day’s rhythm.
  • Evening Practices: Bring Yin yoga, meditation, and silence – moments of introspection accompanied by the scent of lavender and the sound of the sea.
  • Nurturing Rituals: Three days a week, Face Yoga & Adriatic Glow rituals are held – gentle care, conscious touch, and aromatherapy with indigenous herbs: immortelle, lavender, rosemary, and olive.
  • Workshops: Twice a week, natural cosmetics workshops are organized – making scrubs, scented salts, and anti-aging serums – along with herb gathering and socializing.

Adriatic Strength & Neuro Harmony by Sanja

Movement, lightness, and a return to inner strength

Sanja’s part of the Tranquility Retreat invites women to re-experience movement as a space of freedom and play.

  • Activities: A combination of activities in water, nature, and light neuro challenges, returning the body to its natural wisdom and rhythm.
  • Weekly Focus: Themes of smart movement, neurofitness, and happiness hormones alternate throughout the week.
  • Mornings: Begin with presence rituals – conscious waking, sun gazing, shaking off stress, and setting the daily intention.
  • Afternoons: Dedicated to exploration: walks, conversations about the body, and light work with breath and consciousness.
  • Philosophy: Movement becomes a way of communicating with the body, not a means of controlling it. Women learn that muscles are living organs that speak – sending messages of health, balance, and vitality through movement.

1. Day – Earth / Grounding: Detox and body stability

  • Facilitators: Ivana • Sanja • Silvija
  • Day Focus: Roots, safety, body strength.
  • Morning Practice: Vinyasa yoga and pranayama for stability and anchoring, feeling the ground beneath the feet.
  • Movement: Creative movement for lymph and lightness – outdoor practice for lymphatic drainage and circulation.
  • Afternoon: Guided relaxation techniques and emotional relief through Silvija’s detox treatments and blood alkalization for reducing inflammation and stabilizing metabolism.
  • Evening: Yin yoga and meditation by the sea – “Peace that does not move.”

2. Day – Water / Flow & Femininity: Hormonal alchemy and feminine rhythm

  • Facilitators: Ivana • Sanja • Silvija
  • Day Focus: Feminine energy, emotions, flow.
  • Morning Practice: Fluid Vinyasa focused on the hips and lower body, movements that release tension and return the body to softness and flow.
  • Central Workshop: Silvija’s Hormonal Alchemy – an educational and experiential workshop dedicated to the happiness hormones (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphin).
  • Play: Sanja’s Neurofitness and Happiness Hormone Hunt – conscious movement, coordination, and play that stimulates happiness hormones and returns ease to the body.
  • Afternoon: Face Yog-a & Adriatic Glow – conscious touch, natural radiance, and the scents of lavender and immortelle, with small skincare rituals.
  • Evening: Yin practice and meditation in silence – “Allow yourself to flow.”

  • Morning Practice: Sun Salutation series and breathing for inner strength and warmth, focusing on the solar plexus.

  • Deep Reset: Silvija’s Hypnotic Reset and Mental Clarity – guided hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques to shape new thought and behavior patterns.
  • Evening: Meditation with candles and the sea – “Release what does not serve.”

4. Day – Air / Space and lightness: Breathing and freedom of movement

5. Day – Hiking & Loving Ourselves: Balance and renewal

  • Morning Excursion: Hiking route towards Vidova Gora through the fairy forest, with conscious breathing and contact with nature.
  • Creative Workshop: On the way back from the mountain, gathering herbs to use in the evening natural cosmetics workshop (salts, tinctures, serums).
  • Asja’s Work: Therapies aligned with movement and nature, supporting the body in releasing tension and boosting vitality.
  • Ivana: Yoga focused on the neck and throat (Aether / Voice & Vibration) for opening expression and communication.
  • Evening: Gratitude meditation and conscious breathing by the sea.

6. Day – Heather & Nature Ritual: Feminine essence and Mediterranean rhythm

  • Day Focus: Feminine essence, calmness, nurturing.
  • Morning Practice: Yin flow practice and breathing for hormonal balance.
  • Asja’s Ritual: Excursion toward Blaca Hermitage and Heather Harvesting – making scented salts and natural scrubs.
  • Play: Sanja’s Hidden Treasure Hunt – a reminder of lightness and childlike curiosity.
  • Evening Care: Face Yoga & Glow ritual – meditative practice of touch and natural facial radiance.
  • Evening: Meditation with lavender and candlelight, in silence and gratitude.

7. Day – Integration & Beauty of Nature: Return to self and gratitude

  • Day Focus: Wholeness – return to self, gratitude, peace.
  • Morning Practice: Vinyasa practice – merging all elements: breath, movement, and gratitude blend into a feeling of completeness. Theme: “The body as a temple.”
  • Final Movement: Sanja’s Smart Movement – Strength with Ease – focusing on muscle strength, flexibility, and regeneration.
  • Asja’s Final Work: Deep Release, Integration – final diagnosis, personal recommendations, and guidelines for continuing the practice at home.
  • Closing Ritual: Joint Adriatic Gratitude Ritual – a tea circle by the sea and centering meditation, closing the cycle.
