Price does not include
- Tourist tax is not included in the rates. The tax is 2,00 EUR per person during the high season (01.04.2026. to 30.09.2026.), then 1,50 EUR per person during the pre- and post-season (01.03.2026. to 31.03.2026. and 01.10.2025 to 30.11.2026.) Children aged 12 to 18 pay 50% of this amount. Children under 12 and disabled persons are exempt from the tourist tax.

Notes and regulations
- Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is until 11:00.
- Please, note that the Martinis Marchi a la carte restaurant and wine cellar are open for all guests, independently of the hotel use. The Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel is closed out of the dates stated in Price list table. However, the hotel would be pleased to open its doors out of the season in the case of special events such as weddings, team building, congresses, etc. In this case, please ask for additional information’s and conditions.
Discounts:
- Early booking discount: 10% for reservations confirmed by 31.12.2025.
- Long stay discount: 10% for stays of 7 nights or longer.
- Non-refundable discount: 10% on bookings paid fully in advance (non-refundable).
- All prices are subject to change. The Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.
Booking and cancelation policy
- Deposit 30% of total price 7 days after booking confirmation.
For exclusive use or agency bookings, the remaining 70% of total price is due 15 working days before arrival.
For wedding celebrations and other special events, an additional 60% deposit of the total service ordered is required. The deposit should be on our account no later than 30 working days before the event.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. In the case of exclusive use of the Castle, the deposit is non-refundable.
Until 60 days before the check-in date, a complete refund of the deposit will be approved.
