  • Suites 1 and 2: Identical in design, these suites are located on opposite sides of the house. Each features a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, and en-suite bathrooms. Both suites offer a living room with a private terrace, showcasing ocean and garden views. Size: 36 m² each.
  • Bedrooms 4 and 5: Identical in design and located on opposite sides of the house. King-size beds that can be converted into twin beds, with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms offer terraces with sea views, while the windows provide garden views. Size: 22 m² each.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet, with one featuring a bathtub. Each bathroom also includes double vanities, Brač stone amenity holders, and two meters of granite countertop. All bedrooms are equipped with 100% electronic privacy blackout shutters, perfect for light-sensitive sleepers.
The washing machine and clothes dryer are also available for guests’ use.

• Eco-Organic Kitchen Garden: Shared with the adjacent villa, featuring a variety of herbs, watermelons, root vegetables, lettuces, zucchini, tomatoes, kale, Swiss chard, onions, and more.
• Fruit Trees: Lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pomegranate, and fig trees, along with olive trees, are spread across the property, providing seasonal fruits.
• Yoga Platform: An outdoor space surrounded by an olive grove and lavender field, also suitable for wedding ceremonies. Large sail shades are installed for added comfort.
• Garages: Space for 4 cars.
• Parking Area: Located inside the estate, with room for up to 4 additional cars.

PERMANENT STAFF

Villa Lucia employs three permanent staff members and one seasonal worker, bringing the total number of staff to four during the high season. All four staff members are live-in and provide support to both Villa Lucia and Villa Johanna. The villas are staffed around the clock, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Sports Facilities: Relax by the pools, jacuzzi, saunas, and gardens, or enjoy sports like badminton, volleyball, table tennis, and croquet in our fully-equipped facilities. We also have table tennis and foosball available.
• Children’s Activities: Kids can enjoy games, bikes, and a supervised mini farm with chickens, goats, and sheep, overseen by our Sheltie dog. The estate also features a vegetable garden, orchard, citrus trees, and lavender field.
• Yoga & Courses: Designed for relaxation, our villas offer scenic yoga areas and spacious courtyards. We can arrange daily instructors, massages, personal trainers, or bespoke courses like mindful photography and cooking, tailored to your needs.

SUSTAINABILITY

• Villa Lucia and Johanna are committed to sustainability, aiming for net-zero emissions. Completed in 2022, the resort features 75 KW of solar power, solar thermal, heat pumps, and energy-efficient systems. We’ve pledged to eliminate single-use plastic and use eco-friendly pools with minimal chemicals.
• The villas use rainwater harvesting and wastewater recycling for gardens. Villa Johanna’s lap pool features an energy-saving self-deploying cover.
• We maintain an organic vegetable garden, citrus trees, and a 20-year organic olive grove. Recently, we added a free-range chicken coop and plan to introduce sheep and goats to enhance self-sufficiency with locally sourced eggs and cheeses.
