No parties or additional overnight guests are allowed without prior written consent from the villa owner
Guests must keep noise at acceptable levels, especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Music and TV should be lowered, and outdoor music turned off after 10 p.m.
Smoking is not permitted indoors
Pets are welcome, but guests are responsible for them. Pets must not use furniture, the pool, or enter wet indoors. They should stay within the villa’s grounds and not disturb neighbors or other animals.
